So the first week of this weight loss challenge is almost up. We started on Tuesday and have been working hard since. I personally chose my cheat day to be a Saturday because that is a good day to go out with friends to get a bite to eat and not micromanage every little thing. I have been pretty good with my calories and my exercise. I am hopefully soon going to be starting p90x. I am slightly scare to be honest. I am also getting insanity workouts soon. I also will be posting some yummy recipes soon. I will try to get on here more often to post things for you guys. I just have school, I’m in the school play, and I am in a club. Those things alone, take up at least 11 hours a day. My play rehearsals last 2 - 3 hours. I leave my house at 7:15 am and don’t get home until 7 pm if I am lucky. Well enough of that, back to the topic. I am hoping for at least a 5lb loss on the scale this Tuesday. As for Cameron, I don’t know what he expects for his loss. When I talk to him, he seems like he is doing very well with our challenge. Anyways I have homework, cleaning, and grocery shopping to do.
